Nu-Wave is a branding excercise and conceptual landing page for a digital audio interface combining the seemingly opposite worlds of technology and nature.
The main goal of this project was to experiment with motion, Swedish design principles, minimal color and typography choices, and iconography to explore how far we could push the boundaries with limited resources and elements.
The juxtaposition of the metal-like silver and grey colors with icons that each represent a force of nature (air, water, and earth), are combined to represent a harmonious balance of two opposite worlds into a new beautiful one.
This exercise was a great opportunity to build out a brand identity from just a single concept, and letting the rest of the assets fall into place with more exploration. It was also a good exercise in finding different ways to make software look beautiful, with different close ups, mockups, and motion used to help support the details of our design choices throughout hte project.
